Who AM I?
I have been an attorney for almost 15 years licensed to
practice law in the District of Columbia, Maryland and
Georgia. I
I positively enjoy helping people solve their nightmarish
IRS problems. When a person meets with me, I first ask how
is the IRS problem affecting you. I hear stories of undue
stress, sleeplessness and pain. Then we talk about their
specific IRS problems. Common problems include failure to
file tax returns or the amount owed plus penalties and
interest are so high I will never be able to pay. As I
listen, I know that in most cases I can help. My job is to
make the IRS nightmare go away by negotiating with the IRS
on behalf of the taxpayer. Oftentimes, a taxpayer will end
up owing the IRS far less than the original amount.
